Registration Details

Registration covers lunches and refreshments served Wednesday through Friday; and Wednesday evening's reception. This event, hosted by the City of Eugene, is complimentary to registrants and includes musical entertainment, hors d'oeuvres, and beer or wine. Other drinks will be available for purchase. The reception is scheduled for Wednesday, May 31st from 5:00-6:30pm.  

Cancellation/Refund Policy: To cancel a registration, a written request by email must be sent to Beth@itga.org. Please indicate Conference Refund in the subject line: 

  • Refund requests received or postmarked [approximately 60 days prior to conference opening] will receive a full refund less a $75 processing fee.

  • Refund requests received between [60 and 30 days prior to conference opening] will receive a refund equal to 50% of the appropriate registration fees.

  • Refund requests received on or after [30 days prior to the conference opening] will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the President of ITGA and are for emergencies only.
