Conference Registration Rates thru April 15
A note about registation: If your membership expires prior to the conference, your registration rate will change to a non-member rate and additional fees will be required. Please direct membership questions to email@example.com.
Registration covers lunches and refreshments served Monday through Wednesday and Monday evening's reception. This event is complimentary to registrants and includes a reception with wine, beer and entertainment. The reception is scheduled for Monday, June 1, from 6:00-8:00pm. The conference ends Wednesday, June 3, after lunch.
Cancellation/Refund Policy by Attendee: All cancellations must be sent to Beth@itga.org. Please indicate "Refund" in the subject line and your reason for cancelling. When approved, refunds will be processed by check within seven business days.
Refund Request Deadlines:
Cancellation/Refund Policy by ITGA: In the event of a conference cancellation due to the COVID-19, a full refund, minus $75.00 processing fee (per person), will be refunded to registered attendees.
- Refund requests postmarked by March 31, 2020, will receive a full refund, less a $75 service and processing fee (per person).
- The optional networking event is non-refundable.
- Refund requests postmarked between April 1, 2020 and April 30, 2020 will receive a refund equal to 50 percent of each conference, certificafe program and REAL training fee.
- Refund requests postmarked after April 30, 2020, will not be eligible for a refund.
COVID-19 Registration Questions:
At this time, the ITGA Annual City & University Relations Conference will continue as planned. ITGA is monitoring the situation closely and will continue to follow federal government recommendations regarding the conference.
