Conference Cancellation Policy

2026 Cancellation/Refund Policy: To cancel a registration, a written request by email must be sent to Beth@itga.org. Please indicate Conference refund in the subject line.

  • Refund requests sent by March 18 will receive a full refund minus a $75 processing fee.
  • Refund requests received between March 19 to April 19 will receive a refund equal to 50% of the registration fees.
  • Refund requests postmarked after April 19 will not be eligible for a refund.
