Jessica graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Social Work and from Kent State University with a Masters of Public Administration.
In her role with the City, Jessica is responsible for Communications, Economic Development, and Human Resources, as well as special projects of City Council. She drafts many grants for the City of Oxford, tracks progress toward Council goals, and leads the creation of action steps to achieve City Council priorities.
Jessica resides in Oxford, Ohio, with her family and volunteers as a Girl Scout Leader, Talawanda Band Booster, and AFS Exchange Student Support Liaison.
